COACHING
Coach, Sober Companion, and New York State Certified Peer Support Specialist working with adolescents, adults, and families navigating recovery and behavioral health challenges, helping them build lives that are healthier, more stable, and more fulfilling. Grounded in long-term personal recovery and formal peer support training, this approach is built on both lived experience and professional collaboration.
Supporting clients from diverse backgrounds—including celebrity and high-net-worth individuals and families—the practice is defined by trust, discretion, and thoughtful collaboration. Every engagement is tailored to the individual and carried out in partnership with each client's support network and multidisciplinary care teams, reflecting a belief that effective support begins with understanding the individual, not simply the challenges they face.
